hi! my name is cinna and I've been doing art for about as long as I can remember (7+ years). I've done commissions locally in my home country, and now I'm moving to the global stage!i find joy in recreating near-otherworldly landscapes found here on earth and creating out-of-this-world landscapes. Whether that be to match lore or simply do some worldbuilding; I've done it :3currently, I'm refining my art style with drawing humans and humanoid creatures. It's been a fun and interesting process and no matter how much I improve, hands and feet will always be the bane of my existence lolsoon, I hope to improve my rendering skills and maybe dabble in some pixel art too!

You/The client refers to any individual making a commission.

...✥ ...Refunds are only accepted before work has been started. Work begins after the initial consultation and payment.

...✥ ...The time taken for a piece to be completed will depend on what was purchased. This timeline will be given during consultation. Updates will be given at various stages of the piece: Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colour and the final update, Shading.

...✥ ...I work with references provided by the client, the client needs to decide on a pose before I begin the work. The client may submit up to 4 (pose) references. The final pose must be chosen during the sketching stage.

...✥ ...Under no circumstances may any work created by cinnastiks_ be used to train or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so unequivocally violates the terms against alteration and external non-private use of assets created for patrons.

...✥ ...Any pieces created by cinnastiks_ as part of the commission are for personal use only and may not be used as NFTs, in cryptocurrency, or any similar products without my explicit permission.

...✥ ...If you are unwilling to agree to my Terms Of Service, please do not request a commission.

...✥ ...By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms outlined herein. You are expected to adhere to the policy of using the artwork for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise specified, and to properly credit me for all images used. Those who violate these terms will be permanently banned without prior notice and may face additional consequences.

the artist

After finishing the commission, I will send you the finished image via Email or VGen, my signature will remain on the artwork.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership rights to any character design I create. I recommend adding your name as a watermark when posting the image on external sites to prevent unauthorized use.

I retain all copyright over my work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. If it's a public commission, I may share the artwork on other platforms like Twitter, but I will give you credit for owning the character's design.

In the case of a commission, I won't claim rights to a character design unless it is one of my own creations. I won't reuse or sell the artwork for personal or commercial projects without your consent.

the client

The Artist agrees to complete the commissioned artwork within a mutually agreed-upon time frame. The Client agrees to provide any necessary reference material and feedback promptly to ensure completion within the agreed-upon deadline.

During the creation process, the client can ask for minor changes or revisions to the artwork. However, making major changes may result in additional charges. The client must provide detailed feedback for revisions. Once the lineart stage is completed, changes are restricted to colours and colour placements.

Unless otherwise discussed, the Client acknowledges that the Artist retains all copyright and usage rights to the commissioned artwork. The Client may display and share the artwork for personal use only. The Client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without the Artist's permission.

Unauthorized reproduction or tracing of my artwork in any form, including using the artwork as a base, is strictly prohibited, as is claiming my artwork as your own.

If the Client cancels the commission before completion, the Artist reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation for time and resources invested in the project.

...✥ ...Consequently, I reserve the right to display the completed artwork in my portfolio or gallery unless we have made alternative arrangements before starting the project.

...✥ ...I maintain the right to decline any project or client at my discretion.

...✥ ...If, for any reason, I choose to cease working on your project, I will provide a full refund of the payment.

payment terms

...✥ ...For all pieces costing 30 USD and under, payment must be made in full after consultation.

...✥ ...For all pieces that cost more than 30 USD, a deposit equating to 50% of the commission price is required after consultation.

...✥ ...For commissions made outside of VGen, you will receive an invoice via PayPal. Your payment must be made through the invoice.

...✥ ...Refunds will not be possible once work has started.
